Charity Studio is a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping non-profit organizations increase awareness and support for their causes. As the ads manager for Chabad of Spokane, Washington, I worked with Charity Studio to help increase event registrations in their community for Holocaust survivor speeches.

Project Overview

Chabad of Spokane, Washington, was hosting a series of Holocaust survivor speeches, but was struggling to attract enough attendees to fill the events. They needed a comprehensive marketing strategy that would help them increase event registrations and generate interest in the speeches. Together with Charity Studio, I was tasked with developing and executing a multi-channel marketing campaign to achieve these goals.

Marketing Campaign Structure

To achieve Chabad of Spokane's goals, we developed a multi-faceted marketing campaign that included the following tactics:

  • Facebook and Instagram ads targeting individuals in the Spokane area interested in Holocaust history and education, highlighting the unique opportunity to hear from survivors
  • Google Ads campaigns targeting individuals searching for Holocaust survivor speeches and events in Spokane
  • Email marketing campaigns to engage with current and potential attendees and promote the benefits of attending the speeches
  • Social media marketing campaigns to generate buzz and excitement about the speeches among target audiences

We also implemented advanced tracking and analytics to monitor the performance of each campaign and make data-driven decisions to optimize our efforts.

Results
